Conceptual massing generally not in the API, but adaptives/freeform/direct shape is.

Check out Synthesize by Karam Baki, it does a lot of neat stuff with 3D/complex forms - albeit is a complex package as a result.

I believe that all of the freeform geometry tools you mentioned can be managed via the API in the loadable family massing environment. In-place families of any type are a gap, but as the API can read from both project and the family concurrently that generally isn’t an issue for scalable code.

If I understand well, no need for a package. The OOTB ReferencePoint.ByPoint node and a SetParameterByName do the job perfectly.
