I’m trying to set different family type values, from the typical dropdown list, into the different parent family types but i’m failing at some point.
Can someone help me? :_)

I think you need to get the available family types inside the family and choose one of the to set in the parameter which is a family type selector, you set and element type that comes with ID. I never tried this though
