Is there way to make solid model from 3D lines via Dynamo?

Search for tunnel on this forum & you’ll see some posts (including from me) on tunnels
But you’ll need to ask a specifc question or show your Dynamo attempt so far to get a response on this forum

I would like to know what is possible with Dynamo and Civil alignements. But for this exercise its absoluly way easier to model this in 3D AutoCAD using a loft command. Three clicks and it’s done… Other possibility (way more parametric) is to use the Subassembly composer in Civil3D
