Sort by Phase Filter "Show New"

Been struggling with this issue:

I can sort my elements by Phase, no problem.

But I want to sort them by Phase Filter:

But looking at the elements paramters,

there is no such parameter to sort by, all though the information must be somewhere within the element, since Revit can sort by the value.

Is it possible to do such thing in dynamo?

phase created/demolished is for elements
and filters for views… so you have to deside what you want
