Some of the nodes are missing ('File.LoadFamily' /Orchid packages nodes)

I wanna have <File.LoadFamily> and <Family.EditFamily> nodes.

But I’m not!!! only have (Orchid> About/Applications/Common/RevitFamily/RevitProject)

  • My Orchid packges version is 200 (2.0XX, Orchid Revit )
  • My revit version is 2017

Orchid is installed and supported via Erik’s GitHub, found here: GitHub - erfajo/OrchidForDynamo: This repository contains the content of the Orchid package for Dynamo

Already download… but still missing

I tried bulid installing and zipped file… but still missing…

Are you sure the DLLs were unblocked? Right click on them all and check the security settings.

but <File.FamilyLoad> and <Family.EditFamily>

Is this Orchid package right?

Might not be.

Try this:

  • Restart your CPU
  • Go to your packages folder and remove the orchid package folder
  • Run the install tool off the GitHub
  • Open Revit and Dynamo to see if the nodes are there
