Revit API Class Tree Diagram

Hi All,

I am trying to open a view class diagram from link below but having issues,information online tells me I should be able to right click and “View Class Diagram”, this option is not available to me.

When I right click browser and add new item, a view diagram template is not available, could this be a problem?
If anyone has done this before, any help would be great.
