Placing Electrical fixture automatically based on excel sheet

Hi All,

 

Is there way to place GPO,Data etc based on excel sheet,

For an example, room 1 got 4 GPO and 2 data so via Dynamo it can place mentioned fixture place in center of room.

Bascially all rooms are placed in revit and in excel it says room xx got xx number of GPO and yy number of data

 

Is that possible?
