MT Hojgaard automates modeling using Dynamo

Hello everyone I’m new here in the Dynamo world.

I have a question regarding the article posted on Dynamo website called MT Hojgaard automates modeling using Dynamo (lnk: https://dynamobim.org/home_usecases/use-case-3/ ).
And the questions are following:
How to draw garage in Dynamo and can this (drawing in dynamo and then connecting it with revit to make cost estimate) be done with simple family houses?

Yes it can be done with houses and other buildings.

Start with creating points and curves. And with those curves you can create walls, floors, roofs etc.
