Modeling floors by wall location line

Hi,

Can anyone please guide me about how to create floor, where the floor boundary is at CoreExterior location(red lines in image) of the wall but not exterior face, using dynamo?

Use the properties of the room for a complex shape. You will get the boundary lines already sorted.

But those are exterior walls. Do i need to create area plan for that? Please suggest.

I am getting the following error as attached in the image , is there any explanation ? please
