I am doing area calculation for a client that is different from BOMA. Is there a way to have dynamo draw area line from the core face of a certain wall type, the centerline of another wall type and the inside face of the third wall type. I modeled the rooms using different wall types for this purpose. When I search on this topic, it seems like the solution is for the centerline of all walls. Any insight?
Start by getting the correct location of the lines for each wall type as needed. I posted a DYN awhile back to do this.
From there create area separation lines (something I haven’t done) by those curves.
