In-Place Modelling

Hey everyone,
I want to creat “In-place walls” from existing CAD drawings of an old building. Has anybody ever tried this before?
My idea is to take curves from .dwg file with the BiMorphpackage, combine them to polycurves and create the In-Place models (walls) from those closed curves.

My problem is I don’t know how to create In-Place walls with Dynamo.
I tried with regular walls and the Wall.ByCurveAndHeight, which works great.
But this is not exactly want I want to get.

Does anybody know what to do?

Careful with in-place walls - they lose a lot of the benefits regular walls have…

Thanks for the advise. We actually used regular walls eventually, which also gave a satisfying result and while maintaining the wall functuality.
