How to draw a slanted column by two points?

I want to draw a column through two points. But there is no node relate to slanted column. I tried to feed two points into the node FamilyInstance.ByPointAndLevel and it turns out two columns.
I think I can use adapative component. But I am wondering if I can use the slanted column to make it.
