How to call geometry from Alias to Sandbox?

Hello Dear Dynamo Fellows,

Quite basic but how can I call geometry from Alias to Dynamo Sandbox? Which node ıs being used here?

but unfortunately there was no answer there, here is what I see:

Actually what I understand so far, Sandbox may not be interface to input or bake. Just works standalone.

You need to launch Dynamo from Alias, not out of process. Otherwise imagine opening two alias instances simultaneously- how would Dynamo know which one you were intending to communicate with?
