Having trouble opening Dynamo Scripts

I just come back from a weeks holiday and found that the Dynamo Player is having trouble with my scripts which were working the week before. I’ve enclosed the error message for reference and wondered how to work around this or why it has occurred? Dynamo%20error%20message

Tried to open the scripts via Dynamo but it says the scripts have become corrupted :frowning: .

Some people encountered this problem before. I think that the answer is that you try to open a script developped on Dynamo 2.0 with Dynamo/DynamoPlayer 1.3

I’ve only used the installed Dynamo within Revit and trying to open files via Dynamo player and its saying “Dynamo needs attention”.

They were working though and had separate saved copies that also won’t open!

Anyway to open them and re-save?

Mmmm looks like turning my computer off and back on again seems to have resolved the problem and highlighted that there are 2 versions 1.3.1 and 2.0.1 when opening dynamo from Revit.

Yes. And dynamo player should default to whichever version you last opened. :slight_smile:
