You could theoretically recreate all the formatting in Excel through Dynamo, this is possible with the Bumblebee package.
An Excel template (or multiple depending on your needs) would be a lot easier though.

It also occurred to me to be able to carry out a process that you mention… but I cannot access the values and parameters of the tables…
like these texts at the top…
If you knew how I could extract each of those values, I would really appreciate it…
Is that information stored in the Schedule or is that Revit Project Information?
Could you perhaps send a sample Revit file so I can do some testing, its hard to say without having some testing files.
They are divided header rows in the schedule occuring above the actual schedule headers.
Plugins like ideate sticky and diroots can import/export these formats.
