Dynamo script to change title block text across all sheets

Good day everyone,

Any guidance on how I could go about changing title block text across all sheets? I have tried filtering out the layer that the particular text is on and then using extract objects from layer without any success.

I assume this is for Civils 3d, therefore I think a node called “BlockReference.SetBlock” might be able to help you in what you are doing.
