Edit title block in civil 3d drawing with multiple layouts

I know there are examples of this in Revit, but I am only interested in civil 3d environment. We don’t use sheet set manager in our company at this stage, and our drawings contain multiple layouts within the same CAD file. Previously i would have written a script file but this doesn’t work for drawings with multiple layouts.
I am new to dynamo and get lost with levels and lists etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you! It would be helpful to us to have some working examples of title block edits for updating drawing sets with different revisions etc. then publishing the drawing set.
