Dynamo sandbox not starting - no error

Hi there
I am trying to run Dynamo sandbox stand alone on my windows 10 PC. I have followed the guides here How to Utilize Dynamo Builds · DynamoDS/Dynamo Wiki (github.com).

When I double click the .exe file nothing happens. Machine thinks a bit, but then nothing happens.

I have installed the prerequisites.

I have unzipped with 7zip. Two separate times, one time with “unblock” and one time without.

I get an error when unzipping: “Data error: Units.dll”. (Runtime 3.2.2.zip)

I have tried downloading another version of the runtime. I get the same kind of error, but it is another .dll that is reported.

I have downloaded DynamoCoreRuntime3.1.0 - it works!

So it’s something with version 3.3.0 and 3.2.2 that is not working on my setup.

Can you check task manager to see if there is anything related to Dynamo starting up and closing out, or perhaps not starting at all in the details tab?

I have just retried installing Dynamo Sandbox version 3.3.0 and it works! Today it started without issues. I am pretty sure it was an extraction error yesterday. I cannot say what I did wrong.
