Dynamo Player Disappears after a couple of seconds!

Hello Pro,

I’m encountering a problem with dynamo player where after activating it for 5-10 seconds it disappears, and the button at manage tab show it is not activated (original status).

This problem is at my company PC where it uses proxy and other stuff.

however, I know it might an IT/server issue, but I was hoping if someone encountered same issue and know any solution.

Best to submit a ticket to my colleagues in support via the accounts portal at manage.autodesk.com. Include a journal from a session where you restart the CPU, recreate the issue, and quit Revit.

after digging within the subject, it was a Kaspersky issue :sweat_smile:

Often ‘it starts and disappears’ is a conflict with an infosec protocol which we can’t really see without getting a BUNCH of content that you don’t want posted on an open forum, so reaching out to support directly in such cases is recommended.
