Dynamo player Turns black

Hi,

When I run Dynamo Player, it turns black. the buttons are working but the problem is that I cannot see them. Any suggestion on this weird problem? So far I have reinstalled the Revit but it didn’t work.

Have you tried restarting your pc?

Yes, but it didn’t work!

Could you try deleting cache folder located here :
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\dynamoplayer 2. It will reset player to default.

I did this but still doesn’t work

mine is dynamoplayer-3

“C:\Users\myname\AppData\Local\dynamoplayer-3”

Try minimizing and restoring the window.

I have tried that as well, but it didn’t work.

Finally, this error popped up:
“a video driver error has occurred. Revit will exit.”

As a result, I updated the graphic driver which solved the problem.
