Floors are created only on 1 level - dont know why 
Can you expand the previews for you nodes? It could be a lacing issue.

I had a go, I think the main thing is that your plane has no relation to the elements, mine takes the level of the elements to clash. I’ve also filtered out null values and had to make my outline differently to get the perimeter curves to work.
