This is a CSV,
so just convert it to excel workbook (saveas to excel workbook)

Think actuelly the issue is empty string 
will it help remove the the headlines ?

Not sure, as your graph worked without an error for me. (I did use a different schedule of course)
If you are going to use CSV, I may reccomend to use the actual export function.

I had the same issue. When I run the program in my Extended screens the excel export is not working but when I run the Dynamo program in my Laptop, the Export works well. Its weird but, it is what it is.
May be the Docking station which I am using is the problem. I hope this solution may work for some if not all.
Not the docking station. Know nissue with office updates breaking excel. Use the OpenXML excel nodes instead as they prevent the issue. You may also want to run the online repair for excel. Both of these are well documented in other topics.
