I have reinstalled Civil 3D 2025, but in Dynamo, when I try to use the package manager, I cannot see new packages and get the error ‘loading packages takes longer than expected’. I have Civil 3D 2024 on my PC, and everything works fine with that version of Dynamo. Please note that I have already checked my firewall settings. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Try using a new network and see if that fixes thinigs.

Likely an infosec issue, or a timing issue. Best to submit a ticket to my colleagues in support via the accounts portal at manage.autodesk.com.
