Create solid between two topographies

Hello,
I wonder if any of you have any idea how to create a solid between two topographies. The solids will then represent different soil layers.

You could get the perimeter curves from topographies and then build the solid this way:

I would try to do two solids from the surfaces and then substract them from a bigger one.
