Create Beams from CAD with Center Y Justification

Structural Beam default geometric position is “y Justification : Left” . After i run the script beams are placed outside and then ,i manuelly changed y justification. How can i set default justification to center?

Perhaps Element.SetParameterValueByName would work here?
