XYZ Coordinates for piles (Top and Bottom)

I need to achieve XYZ coordinates(Top&Bottom) for inclined pile as shown in image and family is done in Generic model template with structural foundation category and coordinates to be exported in to Execl.

Can any one help me regarding this issue,Is this possible by any programming …?
