Your image is pretty much illegible; best to take a screenshot and grab the Dynamo log instead of taking a picture of your monitor.
All of that said, it looks like a licensing issue with Civil 3d, which isn’t directly related to Dynamo or something we can help with here. Best to submit a ticket directly to Autodesk support via the accounts portal at manage.autodesk.com.
