Hello i got the same Problem with the weather data in Revit 2022 and Dynamo 2.12.
The Solar Analysis and Lighthning Package is installed.
Can anybody help me solve this problem? Or is there another way to perform a SolarAnalysis for a surface?

I ultimately had to uninstall the Solar Analysis & Lighting Analysis Add-on from my computer and everything worked properly in Dynamo after that.
