Try the steps explained in this post:
You can use InterferenceCheckReport from Revit in Dynamo and transform Revit geometries to Dynamo geometry to find intersections. Then you can bake the intersection part of Dynamo geometries to Revit as a void. Finally, you can cut void elements with wall elements.
