View List for Revit un-open File

How to create view list [Floor Plan, Ceiling Plan, Elevation, Section, Schedule, Drafting View etc.] of a Revit file without not opening the file in Revit.

Mainly we are trying to create a dyn file for Non Placed View in Sheet and export the same into excel with a report [two column: Placed Views & Not Placed View].

Could be sorta done via a background open process.

Hi Abhijit,
One more method to achieve the same though may be by opening the model is through the help of the free add-ins “BIM Interoperability Tool” from the model health report.
