HI!!! Im hoping someone will have a solution or suggestion.
Im trying to modify parameters in MATERIALS so that in shows in my finish schedule. Im following a script that modifies the information for SPACES. Basically it reads information from excel and find the spaces in my Revit model and updates the parameters based on excel. But for materiasl it doesn’t seem to work.
Does anyone have an idea of how i can fix this?
Your picture is not legible, but my guess is that your trying to feed it the material name as text from Excel when you actually need to feed it the Element is of the Material in question.
There should be a Material By Name node out there that may work for the setting aspect.
@aocampoG9UDA the nodes are still unclear, zoom in while in Dynamo viewport until you can read the title of nodes, then click on the camera icon in the upper right to save a screenshot of your graph.
