Transfer Parameter from familytype to family instance

Sorry I’m new in dynamo, but wondering - Is there a way to bring a value from a parameter in familytype to family instance.
I bin using “FamilyInstance:GetHost” to transfer between instance parameter, but have problems to transfer between type and instance parameter.
Anyone help me?

You should look for GetParameterValueByName and SetParameterValueByName.
