Why is it that for some models the Elev parameter for the Survey Point is reporting a wrong value?
It works fine for some other models? And all the other info i.e. N/S and E/W is reported correctly.
It’s just a rounding error. Round your values to a couple decimal points and you’ll see that it’s the same.
I agree with @Nick_Boyts, you have an e^-12 elevation. Try changing the rounding increment of your project in Manage- Project Units.
The Revit units won’t make a difference. It’s an issue with Dynamo having a higher precision than Revit.
