Coordinates Reporting wrong Value

I have a script (attached) that reports item coordinates by survey point. For whatever reason, they are ever so slightly off and I’m not sure where the discrepancy is happening. At first I thought maybe a math rounding issue but I don’t think it’s that. Can anyone provide some insigh

Not necessarily a dynamo question…but maybe you could show us the survey-point, project basis, internal point and the elevation tag settings? Maybe this is a topic for the autodesk revit forum?
