Site modelling: "curb" sweep - floor not cuttable

Hi,

For a project I am working on I am looking for a solution or workaround in revit with or without dynamo. I am stuck with some kerbs/curbs that aren’t either cutting or join-able with their host (a floor).
In addition the curbs/kerbs need to be 0.10m above the finished floor layer. So most of times the kerbs/curbs have a different height at their beginning and end.
The floor represents the road and is pretty much sloped everywhere.

I managed to model most of those curbs with model in place sweeps and here and their with other floors for the curved parts but it is still pretty rough. Tried using the same method (sweeps) and then choosing void instead of solid. This works … kinda but only in limited cases.

Has anyone encountered something similar and found a solution?

Edit:
Found an other way to model this thing. Used roofs and then fascia, cuts perfectly but now stuck with converting a floor with modified sub elements to a roof with the same properties,
