I have a network with each Pipe having a different slope. I want to set all pipes on the same slope. But I can’t, I need Help.

Use the Pipe.SetInverts or Pipe.SetInvertAtLocation nodes from the Civil 3D Toolkit package. You’ll have to calculate the inverts you need in order to get the desired slope.
On a separate note, the Project Explorer add-in for Civil 3D has a very nice tool for setting the pipe inverts along an entire run. It can also take into account invert drops across structures.
