Select element by parameter value

Hi, community. I have read some ways of selecting elements by parameter value but no packages are stated as the nodes are not available on my dynamo on Revit 2021.

I wish to select the elements according to the parameter values obtain from excel sheet under the first item list. May I know how to do so?
