Rotate mtext in its own axis with dynamo civil 3d

Hello, I am newbie of dynamo. I figured out that there are a lot of differences option between dynamo revit and civil 3d. I try to make a dynamo file to rotate multiple objects (polyline, text, mtext) by its own axis. It seems easy with revit (i watched several video breakdown this topic) but seems so difficult to create it one on civil 3d. Does anyone have one script for doing that? Thanks in advance.
