Why the number of room tags in a project is more than the number of rooms?

Thanks, John. Probably, that’s because of multiple views. However, why rooms are not taken into account? I mean if you create different views tags and rooms should be on all together right?
Rooms can exist without being placed, so not every room will have a tag. Also rooms can be placed but not tagged, or place and never even visible (ie: rooms in a previous phase with no documentation).
Further for rooms which are placed, you can tag them in the overall plan, then again in the enlarged plan, then again in the unit plan, then again in the interior finish plan, then again on the interior elevations, and again on the life safety plan, and again…
Any assumption as to room/tag relationship is a dangerous one as a result.
