I believe yes. A while ago i found this Find and Replace Text Note Types - #12 by awilliams
And here it works with Textnote and TextNoteTypes (see post #12 from @awilliams)

Now the methode only works with TextNotes → so feed TextNodes into the Elements in the Elements.SetParameterByName node.
