Renaming family parameters

Hello,

is it somehow possible to rename family parameters? All kinds of (type, instance)? And how about Shared parameters?

In my work we have a numerous famillies in English and we would like to translate them to other language. And of course not manually. I know that it is possible via Revit API but I was wondering if there is a way in Dynamo as well.

Could you show how it works ? Would be possible to rename all parameters for example from german into englisch back and forth?

By the way - Great Package!
