Recess generate at intersect between wall & slab

Hi all,
How can i generate a recess on wall for a slab and wall intersection when I add a slab to it?
Please anybody tell me the step-by-step procedure for that.

I would answer some general question!
are the recesses part of the coordation of OpeningElements?

you can do it via wallprofile(void)?

or Cut/Elements?

what do you want to approche?

Thanks for the quick response, mate
I need 20mm recess on wall and I need to do in model-in place.
I don’t need void, but only require recess for the slab connection.
