I used this sets of code to get some of parameters of my element and bring them into excel, but from here i need to change those value in the given Excel and return it to revit, I’m not sure how to continue this process from export to excel group i created? Has anyone can help me to do the rest of process?

A very large proportion of the posts on this forum are on this exact topic- so I recommend that you search & read through the posts.
The key point is that you will need some kind of unique identifier for each element- so that you can match up the reimported data with respective model elements. You could use the internal object ID or the ‘mark’ for each element.
