Post insertion in a wall

Hi,

I would like to have leads to solve with Dynamo the following problem under REVIT.

From a plan of a building, I have to insert posts on each side of each opening (door, windows) of a load-bearing wall.

Hi @Samsam and welcome, do you have a graph that you can share? Where are you stuck exactly? You can get the location of the doors/ windows, offset the point in both sides to get the location of the posts, then insert your post families.
