Placement of object along the track center

Hi

I was assigned to place the object along the centre of the rail

1.I can use the below surface of the rail with alignment along the rail at certain intervals for block placement.

2.I can use the XYZ points to place the equipment.

Any one suggest any node or packages or for developing a code.

You can use Dynamo for sure, but if you want the track not for design it but for using it as a background, I recommend you to use railing function of Revit instead.
