I would like to place 3 point adaptive family base on the CSV file which has 3 points as well. There is an error message in the script. It would be appreciated if anyone could help.

Your adaptive family has four points.
Another way to construct is to create a spline through two adaptive points - then draw the reference profiles on the end planes of the reference line. Constrain the profiles using type or instance parameters. Align edges to the point
