I am trying to create a surface paneling with trimmed surface and eventually using adaptive component as my panels.This is a real architectural project so precision is required. Basic geometry is as shown in unrolled elevation and it is also curved in plan with a radius (pic)
What I have done is to trim an extruded arc with a solid. And then used the intersected grid lines to get this
The problem is when I try to visualize it it seems the order of points are messed up. So the quads had became across a couple of floors as shown!
