Packages uninstalled?

I installed the Autodesk Screencast Recorder this morning, and when I go to open Dynamo none of my packages showed up in the library bar. All the folders were still pathed in the ‘Manage Node and Package Paths’. To make them load the packages again I had to delete the paths and repath them, even then it did not bring all my packages in, I am having to individually path commonly used packages (archi, rhythm…)

Has this happened to anyone else?
How can we prevent this?
