Overlapping nodes in custom node workspaces

Hi guys.I’ve been using dynamo for about 6 years. This is the first time I got a strange error like this.When ı create new custom node it works perfectly.

but when I save and reopen the code, the nodes are nested.I couldnt find a solution anywhere.Then ı wanted to write here.Have you ever encountered this error? How can I solve it?

Usually this is a result of a conflict with a Revit add-in. Try disabling all your add-ins and see if the issue persists.

You were right @jacob.small .The problem was revit version.ı was using R 2023.1.1 then ı back to R 2023.its fixed.Thaks alot
