Node Autocomplete's suggested node mode is not functioning

Hello,
I am currently using Dynamo in Civil 3D 2026.2.

I want to use the suggested node mode in Node Autocomplete, but I get a message saying it requires authentication (I need to log in to my account).

・I am logged in to my Autodesk Account.

・I have checked the ML Node AutoComplete subscription and proceeded.

Why can’t I use it?

It was due to the company network.

It worked outside the company network.
